I have over 5 years of experience working with athletes of all levels. During this time I have had great success working with clients interested in body composition, general health improvements, sports specific performance, and working towards strength-sports competitions.

3-year ongoing mentorship focusing on client collaboration and advanced training methodologies. During this period I was able to work with Coach Thick to help facilitate the release of his patented DEADLoad arms exercise system.
Dr. Kevin Kirsch (Physical Therapy + S&C):
9-month mentorship focusing on clinical judgement for working with clients training with existing limitations as well as programming for clients undergoing rehabilitation. Our secondary focus was working on furthering my knowledge of strength and conditioning for teams.
Joe Sullivan (8x World Record Holding Powerlifter):
Ongoing mentorship focusing on working with competitive powerlifters as well as furthering my knowledge of advanced periodization schemes for beginners up to world class athletes. Our secondary focus is working on cueing and bettering my ability to teach movements to athletes of all levels.
