My strength and conditioning coaching blends evidence-based training methodologies with years of coaching experience and mentorship under some of the best minds in the field. Whether you’re training once a week or several times, my goal is to help you make the most of your time and energy.

No matter if you’re working out at home with a few dumbbells or in a fully equipped gym, I’ll help you get the results you’re after. Clients can expect quick responses to questions and concerns through our in-app messenger, frequent check-ins, and access to a custom exercise library filled with narrated demos to ensure proper form and maximize progress.

Nutrition Coaching


I work closely with my clients through weekly calls, helping them find foods and recipes that fit their preferences, schedules, and budgets. Together, we develop example meal templates and practice ingredient swaps to stay consistent and flexible.

Along the way, clients receive custom handouts designed to make the nutritional principles we cover easier to apply in daily life. These tools help build a clearer sense of what actually matters for lasting progress. As we move forward, we’ll set adaptable macronutrient and micronutrient targets that evolve with you and your goals, allowing us to scale up or pull back depending on your season of life.

My Background

I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, where my love for superheroes grew into a fascination with strength. Before I ever touched a barbell I was alone in my room, grinding out push-ups, squats, and crunches, always trying to beat yesterday’s numbers.

In high school, I finally got a gym membership and met my first mentor, Russell Chagolla. He gave me a job cleaning equipment at his new facility, and I spent every hour I could inside that gym. If I wasn’t working, I was training. If I wasn’t training, I was listening and learning from strongmen, powerlifters, and experienced coaches.

Today I’m a husband, a father, and a strength coach. I work with real people who have busy schedules, past injuries, and everyday challenges. There are no cookie-cutter programs and no gaps in communication. If you show up and trust the process, you will get results.
